LATE POLICY

We want to ensure you have the best possible experience with us. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time and affect your overall experience. To accommodate you, we offer a 5-minute grace period for 30-minute appointments and a 10-minute grace period for 60-minute appointments. While we will do our best to complete your session within the shortened time, if you arrive later than the grace period, you will be asked to reschedule and a same-day cancellation fee will apply. CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rising Aesthetics & Wellness, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place to respect both your provider’s time and to allow us the opportunity to fill your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or on the same day of the appointment will result in the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

30 Minute Appointments: $50
1 Hour Appointments: $100
1 Hour + Appointments: $150

Clients who cancel late 3 times will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the full prepaid amount will be credited toward future services at Rising Aesthetics & Wellness. However, if the cancellation policy is violated, the prepaid amount will become non-refundable.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

NO SHOW POLICY

Our No-Show Policy is designed to ensure that all clients have access to timely appointments and to respect the valuable time of our providers. Any missed appointment without notice will result in the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

30 Minute Appointments: $50
1 Hour Appointments: $100
1 Hour + Appointments: $150

Clients with a history of no-shows will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the full prepaid amount will be credited toward future services at Rising Aesthetics & Wellness. However, if the no-show policy is violated again, the prepaid amount will become non-refundable.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our no show policy.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results can vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve your desired outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to reach their goals.

For retail purchases, we do not offer refunds; however, defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

CHILDREN POLICY

At Rising Aesthetics & Wellness, we adore babies and children, but for the safety of your little ones and to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

PET POLICY

While we adore animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pet at home during your visit. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we will kindly request that you remove the animal from our facility. To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all our patients, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
